For me - these are amazing. I have been taking for 3 days now and I have such improvement! Won't go into much detail but they help with my fiber intake immensely and they taste good. The flavor is good, mild orange, and my only complaint is that they're a little soft. They stick together a bit, and I typically leave the jar upside down so they'll fall to the top.
